Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the ProfileEdge website and profile-analysis products.
The service
ProfileEdge provides AI-generated analysis of visible social, professional, creator, business, website, portfolio, and dating-profile presentation. Optional human review may be offered separately. AI output can be incomplete or mistaken and should be treated as guidance, not objective fact.
Eligibility and upload rights
You must be at least 18 years old. You confirm that you own or have permission to upload the submitted images and text. Do not upload intimate imagery, unlawful material, or images of another person without their consent.
No outcome guarantee
ProfileEdge does not guarantee followers, reach, customers, jobs, matches, replies, ranking changes, or approval by any platform. Outcomes depend on factors outside the service, including audience, location, activity, offer, preferences, timing, and other people.
AI limitations
The service is designed to avoid sensitive-trait inference, appearance alteration, deception, and manipulative tactics, but automated systems can still produce unexpected output. Do not use ProfileEdge output to make high-stakes decisions or to harass, deceive, impersonate, or discriminate against another person.
Payments
Paid audits and rebuilds are one-time purchases unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Prices and included deliverables are shown before payment. Payment is handled by a third-party processor. Digital fulfillment may begin immediately after confirmed payment.
Refunds and revisions
Because digital analysis may be generated immediately, completed reports are generally not refundable merely because you disagree with a recommendation. If the product fails to generate or materially omits the purchased deliverables, contact support so we can repair, regenerate, or refund the order as appropriate.
Privacy
Uploaded images are processed for the requested analysis and are not stored in the ProfileEdge database. Finished reports and operational metadata are handled under the Privacy Policy.
