These terms govern your use of ProfileEdge. By placing an order you agree to them.
The service
ProfileEdge provides expert reviews of dating profiles. You upload your profile materials and choose a package; we deliver a written report with photo ranking, prompt and bio feedback, and prioritized fixes. Our reviews are recommendations based on experience. They are guidance, not a guarantee of specific matches, dates, or outcomes with any individual.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ProfileEdge. By submitting materials you confirm you are of legal age and that you own or have the right to share the photos and content you upload.
Delivery
Standard reports are delivered within 48 hours of receiving your completed submission and payment. Premium orders are prioritized with a 24-hour turnaround. Timelines begin once we have everything we need; if materials are incomplete we will reach out and the clock starts when they are provided.
Results guarantee
If you apply the recommendations in your report and do not see a meaningful improvement within 30 days, we will re-review your profile at no additional cost until you do. The guarantee covers re-review of your profile; it is not a cash refund and it requires that the recommendations were actually applied.
Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, that depicts anyone other than yourself without consent, or that infringes the rights of others. We may decline or halt any review that violates these terms or that we believe is being used for harassment, deception, or harm.
Payment
All audits are one-time purchases with no subscription. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. Prices are shown at checkout and are charged in full before your report is produced.
Confidentiality
We treat your materials as private and handle them according to our Privacy Policy. We will not publish, resell, or share your photos or profile details publicly.
