ProfileEdge is built on discretion. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect when you request a profile review and how we keep it private.
What we collect
When you request a review we collect the details you provide: your name, email, age, city, the dating apps you use, your goals, and the profile screenshots and photos you upload. We also collect basic payment confirmation from our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
Your information is used for one purpose: to privately review your dating profile and deliver your report. We use your email to send your report and any follow-up needed to complete it. We do not sell your data or use your photos for advertising.
How your uploads are handled
Your screenshots and photos are treated as confidential. They are never published, posted, resold, or shared publicly. Access is limited to the reviewer working on your audit. You can request deletion of your uploads at any time after your report is delivered.
Data retention
We keep your review materials only as long as needed to deliver and support your report, after which they are deleted on request or on a routine schedule. Order and receipt records may be retained as required for accounting and legal obligations.
Third parties
We rely on a small number of trusted providers: a payment processor for checkout and infrastructure providers for hosting and email delivery. These providers process data only to provide their service to us and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
