Online profiles contain personal images and context. This policy explains the narrow way ProfileEdge handles them.
What we collect
We collect the information you submit, including email, optional age and city, selected platform, goal, preferred tone, and the profile or content screenshots you choose to analyze. Payment providers may separately process billing information for paid products; ProfileEdge does not receive your full card number.
How AI processing works
Your uploaded images and supplied context are sent to an AI inference provider solely to produce the requested report. Standard reports are generated by AI. We do not use your uploads to train a ProfileEdge model, sell them, publish them, or use them in advertising.
Image retention
ProfileEdge converts uploaded images for the requested analysis and does not store the image files in its database or asset storage. Infrastructure and AI providers may process transient request data under their own security and abuse-monitoring policies.
Report retention
The finished report, email address, basic profile context, filenames, model identifier, token usage, generation status, and any paid-product interest you choose to submit are retained so the private report can be reopened, demand can be measured, and the service can be supported. Reports are protected by an unguessable access link. You may request deletion at any time.
Analytics
We measure page visits and product events such as starting or completing a free score. These events help us understand the funnel and improve the product. We do not place uploaded image contents into analytics events.
Third-party providers
ProfileEdge uses infrastructure, database, AI inference, analytics, and payment providers to operate the service. These providers process data only for their respective functions and are subject to their own terms and privacy obligations.
Your choices
You may ask what data we hold, request a correction, or request deletion of your report and associated account information. Email privacy@getprofileedge.com with the report link or email address used.
